For some years know I have been sitting in room were my Radiators are not letting enough Heat out I cannot offered new ones. Some years ago I looked after my mother 2004 at home One of the radiators was put in then The other one was put in by a friend 3 years ago. The room and kitchen are always cold I have been getting chest infections . I cannot offered a new Radiator. I think Warm front should come and put them in Free for me. I am on pension credit. So I do not have a lot of money to spend . For years Know. My central heating in the back room Has not be working properly . The Radiators are not big enough for the Room . I have 2 one is in the kitchen part. And the other is in the room Were I seat. For the last couple of years I have had Chest problems .Warm front should help people like me to have 2 New Radiators put in. The boiler has now failed - British Gas are fitting us a new one today (at our expense) and tell us all the pipework will have to be re-done as what Fenhams/WarmFront have done is bizarre and dangerous. We have attempted to get recompense from Carillion and had a consistently insulting and dismissive response. I am planning to set up a Facebook group for those affected to air their grievances - we can spread the news via Twitter. I am a former journalist (I stress former, I haven't worked in journalism for many years) and still have contacts in the industry, primarily at the BBC, Daily Mail, Telegraph and Economist - where I used to work. I am hoping to get this story moving again and back in the public eye as I feel we have all been treated with appalling callousness and condescension and - if nothing more - I would like to keep this 'live'. The assessor came around with a list of boilers, from WOrcester, Vaillant and then insisted only an Ideal could be installed. The Ideal boiler has broken down several time a year. Infact it did not work on the day of install. I now have to pay through my own pocket £2500 to replace the piece of junk boiler and on top of it they burnt my wooden ceiling, I complained to Warmforn and my MP. Needless to say it is a crooked scheme, and I was told that some MPs are on a back hander, Ideal and Warmfront have done a deal and it want in the public interest! What do you expect with crooked MPs who claim for Kit Kat bars, and cleaning out Moats? I noted from several people that Warmfront have only fitted Ideal boilers in their property and all have failed! On top the installers took the copper cylinder tank and sold it, that wasn't declared and free on Tax! We have a system installed by Warm Front which uses twice as much fuel as our old boiler. Keep away from government schemes; we were mis sold a boiler which guzzles fuel and costs far too much in repairs. We have already paid 5k+ in fuel. It emptied our commercial tank in one year. We had to pay £1100 as part of the grant. The condensing boilers do not work efficiently or well. Change your form of heating rather than succumb to the hype surrounding savings. It is hogwash. The help line is rubbish also. No back up when things go pear shaped; they are a business without integrity; they are only interested in getting into your property, getting paid and getting out. They pay lip service on their help lines. Our Worcester boiler developed a fault a fortnight after the guarantee ran out. The 1st 2 years a service was included in the fit..the boiler stated making noises, pipes rattling etc, a ideal engineer came out has Warm Front brushed their hands of it, fair enough you think! But not until the boiler heater engineer, CONDEMNS the boiler caps the gas off. the engineer said stating on a full report the front cover has never been unscrewed in its life since it was fitted, its never been touched or serviced nothing done to it, fully approved fitters sent by Warm Front [Edit...]. It was leaking ACID and its CORRODED the boiler and get this ****IT WAS LEAKING (((( CARBON MONOXIDE ))))!!!! WHOOOOHHH WHOS GETTING IT NOW...NOT THE LAST THEY WILL HERE...IM GOING TO MAKE SURE WARM FRONT GET THEIR CONTRACT TOOK OFF THEM. Been using Electricity throughout winter. Escalated matter to the Minister as DECC/Carillion happy to sweep the sabotaged installation under the carpet. Had to put it on YouTube as it is unbelievable and all against plumbers practice and the boiler manufacturers guidelines.
