My water heater went out and had to be replaced that was in March. It cost $800.00. In May I had to replace a exterior door and since my house was built in 1954 they don't make them anymore. I had to have it costumed built at $250.00. I live in a very hot climate and need A/C. Of course mine broke and needed repair at $500.00.
