Annie, I'm running exactly the same system, downgraded IE browser works for me... Have you cleared your temp internet files/cookies etc?

i have dowmgraded to ie9,top up now says its not supported by this system,i an running windows 7,ie9 64 bit.i am running out of patience with this site ever since it upgraded.

after the changes you have done i've been with big problems to top up gas and electricity on line. i hope soon everything will be alright or i've to start topping up at a shop like i mused to do

Hi Michael, Spoke to Eon this morning, they have given me details of 0345 number to reduce call fees and a link to their website for all their numbers. I've updated the post, hope this helps.

Please come up with an 0300 number for Customer Services. 0845 is no good for those of us who just rely on mobile phones.

It took a couple of visits to the site to get it right but now i can top up gas and electricity in 2 mins no petrol, no rain, no delay. it's 6.45am and i'm done, one job down.
